Studio Lutalica | Clausework

Clausework, a Toronto-based employment law practice led by Rika Sawatsky, focuses on practical, people-first legal support at the intersection of employment law and gender equity. Moving away from traditional, intimidating "serious suit" tropes, Clausework needed a brand and digital presence that felt genuinely warm, human, and approachable while maintaining professional credibility.

To achieve this balance, the overhaul paired a colourful, friendly visual identity and new logo with a clean, accessible Webflow build. Designed for visitors arriving with urgency or stress, the site prioritises scannability, plain-language guidance, clear service pathways, and a blog for ongoing insights. Under the hood, semantic structure and comprehensive handover training empower the practice to publish content seamlessly without developer support.

The result is an inviting, credible platform built to grow, simplifying client engagement while reinforcing Clausework’s compassionate, values-driven legal expertise.
